Alistair Parker, Chief Executive Officer

Alistair is the CEO of VicGrid, leading the planning and development of Victorian Renewable Energy Zones.

He has over 35 years’ experience in the energy industry, including a decade of executive leadership roles at AusNet Services in Victoria and the Power and Water Corporation in the Northern Territory.

Alistair’s early career in the UK comprised 15 years with National Grid, as an engineer and in commercial roles. He was then a consultant with Ernst & Young in New Zealand and PricewaterhouseCoopers in Australia.

Ashley Lloyd, Director, Transmission Planning and Operations

Ashley leads VicGrid's Transmission Planning, Reform and Operations portfolio, overseeing the development of the Victorian Transmission Plan (VTP), transmission reform and pricing, and the operability of Victoria's power system.

An electrical engineer by background, Ashley has more than 25 years' experience across the energy sector, with expertise spanning transmission, distribution and market operations. Before joining VicGrid, he held senior roles at the Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO).

Ashley is passionate about lifelong learning and bringing people together to solve complex challenges. He is committed to fostering strong collaboration between technical experts, industry stakeholders and Victorian communities.

Camilla Molino, Director, Legal - Commercial

Camilla is a senior commercial and corporate lawyer with expertise in major infrastructure, energy, financing, procurement and governance.

At VicGrid, Camilla leads the legal function and advises on the legal and governance frameworks that support Victoria's renewable energy and transmission infrastructure program. She is responsible for managing legal risk across the organisation while enabling the delivery of projects critical to Victoria's energy transition.

Before joining VicGrid, Camilla held senior legal roles in private practice and in-house teams in Australia and Europe. She has advised government agencies and global listed companies operating in highly regulated industries spanning infrastructure, distribution networks and technology. She is qualified as a solicitor in Victoria and in England & Wales.

Alongside her professional role, Camilla serves as a board member and chairperson of an early learning centre, reflecting her commitment to strong governance and positive outcomes for local families and communities.

Danny Benjamin, Executive Director, Delivery and Commercial

A great thing about being an engineer is you get to be involved in building complex things that underpin the working of society. This sense of contribution, endeavour and a tangible impact is what has driven Danny to be involved in infrastructure projects working across both the private and public sector.

Danny’s experience is broad, having worked across all facets of infrastructure with a focus on helping businesses to plan and deliver more effectively. He is the Executive General Manager of Delivery and Commercial for VicGrid and is responsible for ensuring the plan for the Victorian transmission network is delivered for the good of all Victorians. Danny has held leadership positions to establish and deliver complex programs of work within government while also working in private sector construction and engineering companies.

Danny believes that delivering complex projects offers a platform for change, both social and economic. It is only done well when people with different skills, perspectives and experiences come together with purpose.

Emma Youill, Director, Enterprise Planning and Delivery

Emma is Executive Director, Organisational Performance, leading a broad portfolio that includes People and Culture, Payroll, Health and Safety, Technology and Data, Accommodation, and Enterprise Planning and Delivery.

Emma has more than 25 years’ experience across the utilities, energy, telecommunications and public sectors. She has held senior leadership and executive roles at Goulburn Valley Water, AusNet Services, CitiPower/Powercor and Virgin Media in the UK.

She has extensive experience leading complex transformation programs, overseeing critical business operations, building organisational capability and working in highly regulated environments.

Emma is passionate about supporting local communities and making a practical contribution beyond her professional role. She spends much of her time in regional Victoria, supports local development organisations and has served as a CFA volunteer firefighter for more than 10 years.

Ilsa Colson, Executive Director, Communications, Engagement and Chief of Staff

Ilsa has more than 20 years’ experience helping governments, non-profits and industry identify their goals and enact strategies to gain support for change.

As Executive Director, Communications and Engagement, and Chief of Staff to the CEO, she is responsible for maintaining an overarching and connecting view of all VicGrid’s activities, supporting the organisation’s strategic intent and helping tell its story.

Her previous roles include Executive Director at the Biodiversity Council; Communications Director at the Clean Energy Council; and leadership roles in communications and engagement at the Regional Rail Link Authority, Zoos Victoria and Parks Victoria. She has served as Chief of Staff to a Victorian Deputy Premier and has advised past federal and state Ministers for climate change and water. She is also a published author.

Currently a Director on the Board of TAFE Gippsland, she is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

As a part-time resident of rural South Gippsland, she is acutely aware of the role that country communities play in the energy transition, and is strongly committed to giving them a voice and a share of its benefits.

Jasmine Doak, Executive Director, REZ Development and Access

Jasmine is a values-driven executive and non-executive director with more than 30 years’ experience leading transformation, culture, and governance across the public and private sectors. She has held senior executive roles (AGL, Orica, Coles, and Qantas), is currently the Chair of VICSES and was previously a board member with the Victorian Managed Insurance Authority and Chair of the MFB.

Living regionally, Jasmine stays closely connected to her community through farming, VICSES, and involvement in Scouts Victoria. She is passionate about creating systems – and communities – where people can achieve more together.

Jeanette Royce, Chief Financial Officer

Jeanette has always been drawn to the intersection of strategy, numbers, and purpose. For her, finance is more than balancing budgets – it’s about creating long-term value and enabling projects that deliver meaningful outcomes for communities.

With 20 years of experience across infrastructure, energy and finance, Jeanette has helped organisations navigate complexity and change, with a focus on equity and debt funding, capital structures, and investor engagement.

She is now the Chief Financial Officer at VicGrid – supporting Victoria’s transition to renewable energy by ensuring the financial strength and sustainability of the infrastructure that underpins it.

Llewelyn Fleming, Executive Director, Legal & General Counsel

Llewelyn is an accomplished General Counsel with more than 25 years of experience advising in highly regulated sectors, including energy, retail, and infrastructure. She has a proven track record in guiding organisations through complex governance, risk, and crisis management challenges.

Before joining VicGrid, Llewelyn held senior executive roles at Coles Group and AGL Energy. At Coles, she served as General Manager Legal and Business Continuity, while at AGL roles included major projects, procurement, property services, and legal strategy for renewable and thermal energy developments and operations.

Passionate about leadership, Llewelyn is committed to building high-performing legal teams that deliver strategic value and drive impact in fast-paced environments.
