The current list of Declared Transmission System Operators (DTSOs) with operational transmission assets in the Victorian Declared Transmission System (DTS) are alphabetically listed below. These transmission operators have obtained a transmission licence from ESC Victoria and are providing a transmission service to VicGrid.

This list will be updated as new transmission operators establish transmission assets within the DTS in Victoria. A proponent may engage with any qualified network operations business who intends on applying to become a transmission operator to perform contestable transmission services.
